Senior Manager Domain Architect regio Amsterdam region
We are looking for a Senior Manager Domain Architect for one of our major clients in Amsterdam the region.
At our customers project you work together with your team members on developing and executing the IT Strategy. Together with the business and with IT you work on the roadmaps to optimize and improve the processes and the systems. You are also responsible to improve the quality of your team and to increase the professional level even further, to be able to serve the business side even better. To lead the team, to convince others of your vision is an important part of your job. The team works for offices in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
IT Architecture span of control is Enterprise, Domain & Solution Architecture, Business Intelligence & Analytics and the technical domains Integration and Infrastructure.
As a Senior Manager you are the one who sets out the direction and focus points. You develop the vision on the architecture, the roadmap and the projects portfolio based on the Business/IT Strategy. You initiate new initiatives to improve the results of IT for the Business. You are the one, together with Senior Business and IT Stakeholders, who makes the right tactical and strategic choices to come to the best solution.
The Architects within your team are involved with the IT projects. Sometimes as project leaders, sometimes as Business Analysts, but always as an Architect. As a Manager of your team you are responsible for the right balances and focus of your team and their activities. Besides that you are responsible for an healthy team, for enough resources, for coaching the team, leading the team and developing your team.
* Experience as a Manager and as an Architect in complex IT environments
* Experience with TOGAF and COBIT
* English speaking
