PMO Administrator regio Antwerpen


We are looking for a PMO Administrator for one of our clients in the Antwerp region.

The PMO administrator will give administrative support to facilitate and improve project management data and its quality.


Werkzaamheden:
- Project creation
- Decision logging
- Data quality checks in CA PPM and related systems
- Reporting on status and progress of projects
- Communication of methodologies and procedures for Project Managers
- Follow-up certain fixed costs of projects
- Assist with preparation / organization of meetings

Functie-eisen:
- Minimal of 2 years’ experience as a PMO Administrator
- Knowledge of CA PPM (Clarity)
- Knowledge of Prince2 / PMI
- Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Mindset and working mentality are very important

Start: ASAP
Inzet: fulltime
Duur: 31st of March 2018 with possible extension
